Andoain is the mansion the Witches live in, in New Orleans. The are only able to live there are as singles and it is considered to the home of the New Orleans Coven, the so-called "Animal House" of the Witches Covens.
It was the home to Mariketa the Awakened and Carrow the Incarcerated. It is cared for by Elianna and now ruled by Mariketa. The grounds are covered by extensive glamours. To outsiders it looks like the property sports a stately mansion, colorful landscaping that attracts butterflies, apple trees, and a wrought-iron fence that is painted a glossy black to match the shutters. In reality the manor house is dilapidated with rotting balustrades. The property is rife with snakes, spiders, and frogs. The apple trees remain amidst reed-filled puddles bubbling with odorous fumes.
